Filet mignon, Prime New York steak (dry aged) I ate two mediums like this, but the dry aged was more delicious. The server was especially kind, but it was nice to be so good. I was happy to get this kindness in New York. ㅠ I feel the meat is crispy on the outside, soft inside and juicy, so it is the best steak I've ever had.

Is this related to Uncle Jack's steakhouse AND the currently closed Ben Benson's Steakhouse? That is, The Ben Benson Steakhouse back in business in some form?

I honestly cant answer this question.But what I understand from the people I was with is that Ben and Jacks had been closed for a number of years because of the construction of the hotel.
