Filet mignon, Prime New York steak (dry aged) I ate two mediums like this, but the dry aged was more delicious. The server was especially kind, but it was nice to be so good. I was happy to get this kindness in New York. ㅠ I feel the meat is crispy on the outside, soft inside and juicy, so it is the best steak I've ever had.?
